Meet our therapists
Abby Sorrow, LPC-MHSP
You might be someone who feels deeply, thinks a lot, and maybe carries the weight of the world on your shoulders. You might be the one others rely on, even when you're struggling inside. Maybe you are someone who’s doing their best to hold it all together—navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, or big life transitions—while quietly wondering, "What about me?" Maybe you're questioning your purpose, feeling stuck, or trying to heal old wounds that still show up in your relationships
In our work together, you can expect a space that feels laid back, honest, and real. I bring warmth and empathy, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge you when it helps you grow. My approach is casual, compassionate, and collaborative.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. We’ll go at your pace, and I'll meet you exactly where you are at. Reach out when you’re ready, and let’s see if we’re a good fit!

Savannah Hessling, LPC-MHSP(T)
If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, inclusive space that welcomes people of every background, identity, and story. Here, you can pause, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you, with the knowledge that you’re not alone while doing it.
In our work together, we’ll explore the meaning behind your experiences and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I bring a balance of reflection and real-world tools using CBT and ACT, along with humor, empathy, and honest conversation.
My goal is to help you feel more empowered to make choices that align with your values and to trust yourself, even when life feels uncertain. Inclusivity, authenticity, and compassion guide every part of my work, because everyone deserves a place to heal and grow.

Noah Schmidt, m. Ed.
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin therapy—but you do deserve someone who will walk with you through the questions. I offer a space that is both supportive and challenging, where we can work together to face what feels overwhelming and build a life that feels more aligned with your values.
My approach is active and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, DBT, and existential therapy to support clients dealing with depression, grief, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, trauma, and identity-related concerns. I also bring experience working in high-acuity settings, including residential and partial hospitalization programs, where I’ve supported individuals in moments of significant crisis.
With several years in the mental health field, I’ve learned the importance of balancing structure with flexibility—meeting each person where they are while encouraging growth and emotional resilience. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and prioritize multicultural competence in my work.
